strike 1: warning.
Strike 2: Warning then 24 hour ban.
Strike 3: permanent ban.
strikes do not reset you can however get a strike taken off for openly apologizing for the reason that you got the strike (like is you insulted someone and it got you a strike apologizing openly will remove the strike).
